i finally vacuumed my room after i putting off doing it for weeks. heh, i feel so clean! but my two cupboards still need to be reorganized cuz the insides are like, totally messy. its even worse than a bomb site.



anyways, this holiday im going to do something more productive. andddd i wanna start baking. i was bloghopping one fine morning(in my case, morning is defined as 2/3/4 AM :)) and i landed on Hershey's recipe website. fwah, it contains soooo many recipes for snacks, brownies, cookies, cakes and this is the best part, everything is chocolate based. :D hehh, that's what motivated me to try it. and all the baking instructions are easy enough, and i can be certain that i don't mess up the kitchen when i do it, since im gonna try those brownies and snacks for a start. all those doesnt really require flour. then, i don't need to waste money on buying expensive choc cakes/brownies when i can do it in my own kitchen! so yay!

i told my mum about this and she got so excited. haha. most prob she's thinking 'thank goodness my daughter wants to start baking' cuz she's been nagging about me not helping her cook, esp during the holidays. but the thing is, cooking aint my love. baking is. i always look forward to bake cookies, esp cheese sticks (my fave! :D) during the hari raya season since i was like, 10?



for my first try in baking (as in bake on my own. all these while my mum have been helping with the measuring cups etc etc.), i will be doing Chocolate And Peanut Butter Filled Peanut Butter Blondies. sounds delish innit? here's what it should look like.





*drools* i'll post mine after i have done it. teehee, im so excited!
